Functions of the department include: resurfacing roadways, patching potholes, placing stone on shoulder areas, installing and maintaining proper signage, mowing right-of-way’s cutting and removing fallen trees and limbs, snow removal maintaining gravel roads, installing and maintaining culvert pipes, and removing roadside debris.
