Home Delivered Meals - Bringing a nutritionally balanced lunch to those who qualify, a donation is suggested.

Transportation - Vehicles and drivers to help you go where you need to go. For example, grocery shopping, drugstore, doctors office, shopping centers in the area and cultural events.

Outreach - Efforts to make others aware of services available to senior citizens in the Johnson County area.

Information and Referral - Current information on available services and contacting other persons or groups who can help you meet your needs and reach your goals.

Telephone Reassurance - Regular phone calls to you if you live alone or are temporarily alone, make sure you are safe and well.

Health Promotion - Programs such as health screenings, daily exercise and walking activities which maintain or improve your health.
